Scripture & Social Justice - Weds eves in Lent
God's vision of radical social justice for all is a fundamental theme throughout scripture, evoked from Genesis all the way through the Book of Revelation. Join us each Wednesday evening in Lent to explore the scriptural roots of social justice. How is Christ calling the church to engage with this vision? And where do we, as individuals, fit in this picture?
Each session will begin with evening prayer, followed by a community potluck and then class. All are welcome to come to some or all of each evening. For the potluck, we encourage you to sign up for a dish either on the patio or by emailing Carrie Price in the office.
6pm Evening prayer - chapel
6:30 Potluck dinner - downstairs, Pierson Hall
7-8:30 Class - downstairs, Pierson Hall
